Structural Primitive Architecture (SPA) identifies seven operators co-necessary with the predomain condition H > K and predicts that physical systems optimised for appearance-sustaining functions should operate simultaneously at all relevant operator-seam conditions — dimensionless ratios that equal 1 at the structural threshold H = K. A prior paper (Shchevyev 2026a) established the Coherence-seam condition J·T₂/ħ = 1 in photosynthetic light-harvesting. This paper extends the test to three further operators — Relation (Δε/J = 1), Gradient (ΔE/kT = 1), and Orientation (k_fwd/k_bwd = e) — using four spectroscopic datasets. Three of the four tests are genuinely independent; the Orientation test is an algebraic consequence of the Gradient test and serves as a corroborating check rather than an independent contribution to the combined probability. Biological light-harvesting complexes satisfy all three independent seam conditions simultaneously; engineered J-aggregates do not. Combined probability for three independent tests (A, B, D): p = 2.17 × 10⁻⁵. The co-necessity structure of SPA is the only known theoretical framework that predicts simultaneous multi-operator seam satisfaction; environment-assisted quantum transport (ENAQT) theory explains the Coherence condition but has no resources to predict the others. A closed derivation of the Coherence-seam invariant T_coh × T₂ = ħ/k_B = 7,638 K·fs explains the previously unexplained 127 K temperature clustering in three phylogenetically unrelated photosynthetic organisms. A corrected forward prediction — T₂(FCP) ≈ 62 fs — is derived using the measured FCP electronic coupling (J = 85 cm⁻¹, Butkus et al. 2015), superseding the transport-coupling estimate of ~77 fs in Shchevyev (2026a).
