Contemporary theories of consciousness and fundamental physics increasingly rely on informational concepts, yet a coherent structural bridge between conscious experience and physical state change remains elusive. This paper proposes an informational isomorphism between conscious state transition (ΔI) and quantum state transition (Δψ), arguing that both represent formally analogous expressions of change within an informational substrate. Consciousness is framed here not solely as an emergent byproduct of physical systems, but as a fundamental informational field whose moment-to-moment evolution may be characterized by differential informational change. Rather than advancing a complete theory of consciousness or physics, this work restricts its contribution to the conceptual establishment of ΔI as an informational primitive and its structural correspondence to Δψ as used in quantum mechanics. The analysis emphasizes functional and relational equivalence—state transition, informational update, and continuity—without asserting ontological identity or reduction. By clarifying this isomorphism, the paper provides a minimal but novel foundation for future interdisciplinary work linking information theory, quantum foundations, and consciousness studies. Broader theoretical synthesis, empirical implications, and philosophical extensions are intentionally deferred to subsequent doctoral and monographic research.
