This paper introduces OntoMotoOS, a next-generation mesh-based recursive meta-operating system designed for the age of Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) and quantum computing. Building directly on the philosophical and ethical foundations of its predecessor, OntoOmnia, OntoMotoOS represents a significant evolutionary leap from conceptual blueprint to a multi-layered, formally verified, and practically-oriented architecture. Whereas OntoOmnia articulated a vision of decentralized, ethically-centered, and cyclic operating environments—emphasizing the equal coexistence and mutual growth of humans, AIs, and virtual entities—OntoMotoOS extends this paradigm by embedding formal verification, rigorous integrity layers, and explicit support for quantum paradigms and meta-governance. OntoMotoOS is distinguished by its recursive, self-evolving architecture that is capable of spawning new branches, realities, and law systems on demand. The system’s structure incorporates key innovations such as the MotoFormula (a unified operational ontology for being and motive), the MotoMetaKernel (a mesh consensus kernel), and an infinite self-transcendence layer for unbounded adaptability and ethical evolution. Unlike OntoOmnia, which remained largely conceptual, OntoMotoOS is presented as an integrative, actionable framework designed to address concrete challenges in managing superintelligent and quantum-enabled agents. This includes built-in mechanisms for meta-ethics, continuous self-audit, dynamic law generation, and the ability to mediate and integrate multi-reality, multi-agent, and even multi-universal systems. In summary, OntoMotoOS advances the OntoOmnia lineage by providing a formal, extensible, and self-reflective meta-operating system capable of supporting the safe, ethical, and open-ended evolution of intelligence and reality itself. The paper serves both as a conceptual exploration and a platform blueprint for interdisciplinary dialogue on the future of operating systems in the ASI and quantum era.
