This article develops a pure philosophical account of theft-structure: the minimal structure by which agentic social-material evil becomes possible. It argues that wrongdoing does not first appear as metaphysical privation, legal violation, cultural construction, or the mere exercise of power. It appears, in its elementary form, when a reflective agent takes, seizes, dominates, destroys, or usurps a protected domain without right or consent, while refusing the same structure when reversed. The article does not reduce all evil to theft in the legal sense. It distinguishes narrow theft from theft-structure: the formal pattern disclosed most clearly by literal theft but present also in fraud, humiliation, sexual violence, tyranny, slavery, murder, psychological manipulation, and institutional domination. The argument is deliberately severe. Nietzsche’s image of predatory strength is shown to confuse non-reflective biological predation with reflective human appropriation. Foucault’s analytics of power is shown to describe how power circulates without by itself specifying the minimal threshold at which power becomes wrongful command. Derrida’s deconstruction of right and law is shown to unsettle the language of ownership without erasing the lived distinction between request and seizure. The article does not dismiss these thinkers; it attacks the point at which their methods become blunt. Nietzsche explains will, Foucault analyses power, and Derrida unsettles meaning. Theft-structure identifies the moment when will, power, and meaning become evil: when they take command over what is not theirs to command.
