Black Hole Temporal Compression as a Speculative Computational Framework
We present a refined and extensible formalization of black holes as informational compression operators. Rather than interpreting a black hole solely as a geometric solution or a thermodynamic system, we describe it as an operator acting on incoming informational states, progressively driving them toward maximal informational density. Within this framework, the apparent loss of information and the breakdown of physical individuality—such as photon mode identity—arise naturally as consequences of extreme compression rather than fundamental destruction. The approach is deliberately minimal, observer-aware, and falsifiable, and is proposed as a modular building block compatible with broader developments in gravitational physics and quantum information.
