Project T: Foundational Edition (Version 1.0) presents a proposed constitutional framework for disciplined inquiry, institutional governance, and the long-term stewardship of knowledge. Organized into ten constitutional volumes, the framework integrates philosophical foundations, research methodology, knowledge architecture, education, ethics, institutional operations, and civilizational stewardship into a unified organizational system. Rather than advancing a single philosophical theory or empirical research program, Project T proposes a constitutional architecture through which inquiry, documentation, evaluation, revision, and preservation may be conducted across disciplines and across generations. The Foundational Edition establishes the original constitutional structure of the framework and serves as the historical baseline for future editions, companion publications, demonstrations, and scholarly development. It is intended as a resource for philosophical discussion, institutional design, and the continued refinement of disciplined inquiry through transparent version governance and responsible stewardship.
