The Lowest Entropy in the Universe: A Universal Perspective
Abstract Entropy, as a measure of disorder, uncertainty, and energy dispersal, plays a central role in thermodynamics, statistical mechanics, and cosmology. Identifying the lowest entropy states in the universe provides insight into the fundamental order of nature. This paper examines candidate states of minimum entropy: the early universe at the Big Bang, perfect crystals at absolute zero, and quantum ground states. These are then interpreted through the framework of the three universal laws of nature—cause and effect, balance, and feedback—highlighting the deep relationship between entropy and universal order.
