Libertarianism offers a powerful vision: individual freedom, voluntary cooperation, and limited government. But its foundation—atomistic individualism, preference satisfaction as the good, and negative liberty—is empirically and philosophically inadequate. Drawing on the Noura framework, this paper argues that when libertarianism is updated with the right anthropology, value theory, and conception of freedom, it transforms into a framework of revealing‑form institutions (visibility, symmetry, contestability, and repair) oriented toward flourishing. Robert Nozick's Anarchy, State, and Utopia and David Gauthier's Morals by Agreement provide the starting points for this reconstruction. Voluntary cooperation requires informed cooperation among agents capable of perceiving interdependence; the Lockean proviso becomes the six conditions of informed agency; and the minimal state becomes revealing‑form institutions. By Nozick's own definition, what Noura calls Commonwealth is a Utopia. The result is not a rejection of libertarianism but its completion—a commonwealth in which freedom is not the absence of constraints but the absence of systemic ignorance, and in which utopia is not the absence of government but the presence of institutions that enable people to be free and flourish.
