The Truth Hyperset Argument establishes that the totality of all objective truths cannot be grounded in any well founded set or aggregate due to Cantor's Paradox, and even non well founded set theories (hypersets) fail to provide an ultimate ground unless em-bedded in an active, intentional Mind. By integrating information theoretic principles (Wheeler's "it from bit"), non well founded set theory (Aczel's AFA), the intentional nature of propositional content, and the dynamic resolution of semantic paradoxes, the argument demonstrates that the foundation of all truths must be a self processing, infinite semantic processor: an Ultimate Mind. Because this Mind must also ground contingent truths, it necessarily possesses free will, making it a personal agent. The conclusion is that an Unlimited, Necessary, Eternal, Personal Intellect with Will exists, which classical theism calls God.
