This paper substantiates the thesis that in an infinite Universe, strict Laplacean determinism is fundamentally impossible, while free will and randomness are regular forms of ontological dynamics. Using metamonistic ontology of sustained conflict (A = A′ + (−A′0)) and the field of differences ∇U, we demonstrate that causal chains in infinity are fundamentally incomplete, measurements are limitedly precise, and computational predictability is fundamentally incomplete. We develop the method of reverse decomposition: from complex empirical phenomena to simple ontological invariants. Twelve detailed examples demonstrate how freedom and randomness manifest as regularities in physics, cosmology, biology, consciousness, mathematics, and social systems. Thus, determinism gives way to a more general ontology of sustained conflict, where freedom and randomness are not failures but operating modes of the universal law of being [1, 3, 26].
