The Ontological Structure of Love: Living in Coherence with What We Are (El Amor)
[Englis] This paper proposes an understanding of love not merely as a human emotion or moral construct, but as the conscious manifestation of a relational and sustaining dynamism inherent in the structure of reality itself. Through a philosophical reflection that moves from matter to life and from life to human consciousness, the text argues that what we call love is not an isolated phenomenon, but the highest expression of a continuity already present in the fundamental organization of existence. In human beings, this dynamism becomes conscious and free, introducing the possibility of living either in coherence with it or in tension against it. From this perspective, ethical life is understood not as compliance with external norms, but as alignment with the underlying structure of reality. The paper concludes by interpreting love as the most adequate mode of inhabiting reality, where coherence, meaning, and inner unity emerge not as imposed ideals but as natural consequences.
