Η οντολογική ανυπαρξία του μέλλοντος και η κατάρρευση της πρόγνωσης: Η επιλογή ως πρωτογενής παραγωγή πληροφορίας, ο καιροσκοπικός φαταλισμός και η αποδόμηση των μαντικών συστημάτων (The ontological non-existence of the future and the collapse of foreknowledge: choice as primary information generation, opportunistic fatalism and the deconstruction of divinatory systems)

This paper investigates the logical and ontological relationship between foreknowledge, human choice, and the status of the future. It demonstrates that comprehensive knowledge of future events is an ontological impossibility, as the future constitutes an absolute ontological void rather than a pre-existing repository of data. A strict distinction is established between the mechanical prediction of present data (such as calculating an eclipse) and metaphysical foreknowledge or divination. Conscious choice is defined as an act of primary information generation ex nihilo, precluding any possibility of retrocausal information flow. Consequently, divinatory systems (astrology, tarot) and purported prophetic dreams are fundamentally deconstructed, being reduced to cognitive mechanisms of selective memory and post hoc correlation. Finally, the opportunistic nature of destiny is analyzed, demonstrating that fatalism operates as a selective psychological analgesic that legitimizes human passivity and absolves the individual of responsibility.
