Why Do Certain Thoughts Hurt So Much?: The Structures of Thought: Quantum Mindfulness: Explained
"It's all in your head" doesn't help when your head hurts. *The Structures of Thought* treats thoughts as "Real Objects" with mass and structure. Dr. Dion Fryson (ASU) explains "Pain Crystallization"—why some thoughts feel like "rocks" while others feel like clouds. This text teaches you to "Liquidate" the hardened structures of the mind before they become permanent reality. I wrote *The Structures of Thought* because mental pain is real, physical, and often unbearable. Yet, we are told it is "imaginary." My work has shown me that thoughts have "structure"—they have weight, density, and momentum. I wrote this book to give you the physics of your own mind. I wanted to explain why a grievance feels like a stone in your chest and why anxiety feels like electricity. When you understand the "structure" of your thoughts, you stop trying to "think" them away and start learning how to dismantle them. This is engineering, not magic.
