An Extension of Spinozistic Substance Monism
Spinozistic monism was published in 1677 in the form of Spinoza’s magnum opus, Ethics, around 350 years ago, and it remains till date as one of the most logical and geometric explanations of substance monism. However, Spinoza never tried to comprehend how his Deus sive Natura appeared as these many substances we experience. In this paper, a concise, albeit technically terse, preliminary proof of Substance Monism, along Spinoza’s lines, is provided, along with explanations of multitude, space, time and causation, and the self and the mind.
