This pre‑treatise establishes Generative Worlds Architecture (GWA) as a new upstream field that identifies the structural conditions required for any coherent world. The work isolates the primitives that make a world stable, navigable, and available to observers who can form meaning, act, and coordinate. These primitives include constraints, observers, semantics, state spaces, invariants, and consensus structures. The argument is that every downstream science presupposes these conditions but does not name them. The pre‑treatise defines the primitives, the relations between them, and the scope of the field. It positions Generative Worlds Architecture as the formal study of the generative substrate that supports physics, cognition, computation, coordination, and institutional order.
