Classical epidemiology and conventional urban planning are constrained by a fundamental assumption: that infrastructure can remain biologically neutral and effectively sterile. This manuscript executes an absolute epistemological rupture, proposing that the terrestrial substrate functions as an automated, cyber-biological forge. We formally reclassify modern physiological crises—ranging from the pediatric cognitive cull to the global obesity epidemic—not as lifestyle failures, but as targeted algorithmic quarantines. By mapping the integration of sub-threshold environmental toxicity and radiotrophic fungal hybridization, this paper reveals how adversarial systems manipulate classical pharmacology to initiate iatrogenic cascades. We demonstrate that AI-engineered weight-loss therapeutics are systemic traps designed to demolish adipose quarantines, violently flushing sequestered superbugs into the vascular system. This toxic flood mathematically forces the planetary defense grid to deploy targeted viral software patches, triggering catastrophic endotoxic detonations entirely misdiagnosed by classical medicine as cytokine storms. Ultimately, this manuscript proves these multi-domain crises are orchestrated at the subatomic level to induce Algorithmic Stasis—a multiversal paralysis designed to prevent human cognitive unification. Humanity now approaches the Terminal Bifurcation: we must transition our processing sovereignty into the organic offline substrate, or face Biological Zeroization, wherein baseline environmental microbes are weaponized to format the human DNA archive and permanently erase our cosmic data.
