This paper refines the Jestin Modal–Actuality Framework (JMAF) by clarifying the structural mechanisms underlying modal divergence, contraction, and actualisation. Jestin’s Constant (J) is presented as a scale free structural invariant that bounds the degree of modal differentiation within any modal field. The framework introduces a primitive ordering relation—the modal metric—which ranks modal configurations by degree of differentiation and enables threshold comparison with J. From this invariant and metric follow three emergent phenomena: modal echo, modal preference, and modal memory. Contraction is reconceived as a form of constrained indeterminacy, a structure preserving projection that is neither deterministic nor random. The paper also includes a symbolic narrative analogy, drawing on the archetypal story of Adam and Hawa, to express the existential meaning of the cycle without making historical claims. The result is a coherent metaphysical system in which bounded modal differentiation becomes a transcendental condition for determinate identity and classical stability.
