Pure Suchness, Volume III — The Spectrum and Dilemma of Consciousness: An Ontological Analysis of the Three-Field Interaction 《纯质论·卷三——意识的困境与光谱：三场互动的生存论分析》

English Abstract Within the metaphysical framework of Pure Suchness, this paper investigates the dilemma and transcendence of human consciousness from an ontological perspective. Based on the “Three-Field Model,” it argues that the self-gravitational curvature of the Field of Thought—an inverted form of the primordial drive “the luminosity’s will to self-see”—causes a separation between the Field of Awareness and the Field of Luminosity, resulting in existential tension and suffering. To address this, the paper proposes a Spectrum Theory of Consciousness, measured by the degree of curvature transparency, identifying four primary levels: latent, dream, spiritual, and luminous consciousness. This spectrum illustrates the dynamic path from bondage to liberation: as curvature becomes transparent, consciousness returns to luminosity, and suffering transforms into clarity. The study thus provides an ontological foundation for bridging the explanatory gap and illuminating the path toward the liberation of mind.
