Civilization as an Interconnected Decision System: Emergent Free Will, Feedback, and Universal Balance
This paper proposes a conceptual framework for understanding human civilization as an interconnected decision system, operating under principles of emergent free will, feedback mechanisms, and a universal law of balance. By integrating insights from complex adaptive systems, neuroscience, and systems theory, the paper argues that individual and collective decisions emerge from interactions among nodes (individuals, organizations, governments) mediated by feedback and environmental information. This approach provides a blueprint for understanding global governance, societal stability, and education as systemic processes that optimize balance and adaptive outcomes.
