Informational Actualism – The Thesis of God as the Ground of Determinacy
This paper introduces "Informational Actualism," a formal approach to the ontological problem of determinacy. While physical laws describe the space of possible states (Omega), they do not account for the transition to a specific actual state (omega). The author argues that this transition requires a non-reducible grounding principle (G), identified here as the condition of possibility for factuality itself. By utilizing a minimalist formal expression omega = F(Omega), this work positions this ground as a necessary logical foundation for reality.
