Standingless Interiors and Residual Coherence (Black-Hole ARC Paper 2)

philosophy
This paper is an AASC-native structural extrapolation that presupposes the AASC Einstein projection rather than rejecting it. It does not compute black-hole interior dynamics, replace general relativity, predict infalling experience, identify a quantum-gravity microdynamics, or claim that the interior is empty. Its target is narrower: the role-status of crossed content in an uncertified permanent-horizon case once local metric validity is distinguished from standing transport. The central control result is that a black-hole horizon is not an AMetric reset. The AMetric boundary is an admissibility-generating boundary upstream of metricity; a black-hole horizon, considered as a same-scope horizon inside the AASC-GR projection, is downstream of metric comparison, causal typing, exterior/interior role structure, and standing-governed reconstruction. Retyping such a horizon as a fundamental licensing surface is possible only as declared new governance, certificate, richer scope, hidden import, repair, or bookkeeping. It is not ordinary same-scope horizon crossing. Given the AASC kernel, standing bivalence, horizon-standing break, no horizon-as-AMetric-reset, and the absence of leakage, non-sink quotient, certificate, declared high-curvature/effective load, or richer governance, the horizon-isolated carrier cannot instantiate a same-scope standing-bearing physical interior for crossed content. Local AASC-GR metric continuation does not decide this standing question: a licensed metric equation may remain the correct local projection while failing to supply standing transport, standing recovery, or AMetric re-licensing. The paper introduces role-indexed residual coherence, written ResCohr D(x), as the constrained nonstanding persistence of formerly governed role-organization. It requires pre-break role ancestry, postbreak standing loss, no new governance or certificate, non-null representation, retained organization, and failure of full role licensing. Standing is bivalent; residual coherence is role-indexed and gradable. Because measurement standing depends on metric comparison, scale anchoring, calibration continuity, witness and record fixation, reference stability, and re-fixability or admissible witness-equivalence, measurement-tied roles are residualized whenever those supports lack standing. Local notation, tensor writability, and source-ledger form do not by themselves supply standing-bearing measurement inside the horizon-isolated carrier. Where measurement-like organization remains representable, its status is residual metrological coherence rather than full same-scope measurement standing. The resulting interior is neither an unqualified continuation of ordinary metric-matter interiority nor simple nullity. It is a governance-deficient residual-coherence carrier. Skin and representative roles have weakest residual support. Tensor-like and source/metric roles, where representable, retain stronger residual organization without standing. Metricity, matter-energy, time, and causality remain compatible with AASC-GR as local projection roles, but for crossed content lacking standing transport they no longer retain full same-scope role licensing. Governance-depth names residual successor-support thinning, not radial distance, proper time, curvature magnitude, or a dynamical decay process.
