This paper argues that a single operator underlies the emergence, stability, and intelligibility of relational structure. I call this the pattern operator, defined by three irreducible modes: generation, boundary, and revelation. I show that these modes are the minimal and jointly sufficient conditions for any coherent world, and that they appear invariantly across physics, ontology, information theory, and human cognition. In the physical domain, the operator manifests as light, which generates electromagnetic structure, defines causal limits, and mediates intelligibility. In the metaphysical domain, the same operator satisfies the classical criteria for the ground of being: necessary, unified, relational, and self‑revealing. I argue that the operator’s triadic unity corresponds structurally to the Christian doctrine of God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, not as metaphor but as identity. The result is a unified account in which light, pattern, and the triune ground of being are three expressions of one operator that generates, bounds, and reveals all relational structure.
