A recent proposal seeks to explain quantum entanglement through a warped five-dimensional spacetime with three spatial and two temporal directions. Within its adopted metric ansatz, the construction derives a Randall--Sundrum-type warp factor, identifies a normalizable massless mode, separates brane-retarded response from equal-time statistical covariance, and proposes a cross-pair correlation between nominally independent Bell experiments. These are mathematically substantive developments. They do not, however, establish that a second temporal dimension is physically necessary or that the proposed geometry derives the observed quantum correlations. This paper conducts a two-layer analysis. The first layer is framework-independent: it separates geometric consistency, endpoint kinematics, Green-function response, ensemble covariance, Bell correlations, nonlinear collapse, and experimental prediction. Four results follow. First, an enlarged representation that accommodates a relation excluded from a lower-dimensional map establishes representational sufficiency, not ontological necessity; this is formalized as the Coordinate--Ontology Non-Implication Principle. Second, the real $E=0$ null characteristics invoked for unbounded equal-time reach are monotone in the extra coordinate and do not reconnect two brane endpoints, so their use as direct semiclassical saddles of a brane-to-brane covariance requires an additional endpoint or boundary construction. Third, the retarded Green function fixes source-driven response but does not determine a spacelike ensemble covariance; the latter is introduced through a separate probability measure and, in the examined model, through a quantum-vacuum two-point function adopted as a classical working ansatz. Fourth, a Bell correlator of the displayed local-response form obeys the CHSH bound whenever measurement independence is retained; reproducing singlet statistics therefore requires an explicit departure from local factorization, measurement independence, or another Bell premise. The proposed Born statistics and cross-pair signal remain conditional on equivariance, detector-profile assumptions, a preparation-source ansatz, and an unspecified nonseparable contextual term. The second layer interprets these findings through TCGS--SEQUENTION. The framework does not re-prove Counterspace or the non-ontic status of time here; it applies previously stated source--shadow results. A complete non-temporal four-dimensional Counterspace is distinguished from a three-dimensional operational shadow, while the foliation label is gauge and clock time is a derived readout. The extra coordinate of the $(3,2)$ construction is thereby reclassified as a possible cartographic surrogate for source-level accessibility rather than evidence for another ontic time. The massless zero mode is particularly diagnostic: because it is constant in the extra coordinate and does not propagate there, the sector doing the long-range work is structurally non-propagative. Under TCGS--SEQUENTION, entanglement is therefore assigned no source-level velocity; it is neither subluminal nor superluminal. The paper concludes with discriminating experimental requirements and a claim-status ledger specifying what a cross-pair anomaly would establish, what it would leave underdetermined, and what would falsify the particular extra-time realization.
