As artificial intelligence increasingly permeates decision-making processes across various sectors, the traditional philosophical definitions of justice encounter significant limitations when applied to AI systems. This paper proposes a novel definition of justice not as a fixed outcome or a rigid set of rules, but as "the continuous pursuit of ideal fairness". Crucially, this redefinition emphasizes that true justice encompasses not only the final result but also the inherent fairness of the process and, importantly, the human element of acceptance and perceived legitimacy. By shifting the paradigm from static definitions to a dynamic, directional compass, this framework offers a more robust, adaptable, and ethically coherent approach to programming and evaluating AI behavior, capable of navigating complex moral dilemmas while respecting fundamental human values.
