This paper proposes a falsifiable informational model linking cognitive decision-making, emotional coherence, and somatic feedback, with particular emphasis on the gut–brain axis. Within the Informational State Dynamics (ISD) framework, unresolved informational compression is hypothesized to generate measurable somatic signals prior to conscious reasoning. The model interprets somatic feedback not as an independent emotional subsystem, but as an emergent indicator of unresolved informational tension within the observer. Specific, testable predictions are outlined, including correlations between informational conflict, gastrointestinal activity, autonomic response, and reaction-time asymmetries during decision-making tasks. Failure to observe such correlations would falsify the model. This framework complements existing theories such as somatic marker theory and predictive processing, while providing a unified informational interpretation of somatic signaling.
