Consolidated Closure Dossier and Authorial Research Ledger 2026: Verification-Ledger Approaches to the Riemann Hypothesis, the Hodge Conjecture, and P versus NP
This dossier records a consolidated authorial programme, developed since 2015 and reorganized in 2026, for attempted verification-ledger approaches to three major open problems: the Riemann Hypothesis, the Hodge Conjecture, and P versus NP. The paper does not ask the reader to accept closure by assertion. Instead, it rewrites the three claimed closure routes into an auditable architecture built from proof obligations, residue terms, falsifier gates, quantitative checkpoints, and source-lineage tables. The Riemann-Hypothesis component is organized around Liouville cancellation, shifted-correlation collars, Nyman–Beurling/Baez-Duarte approximation, and zero-exclusion transfer. The Hodge-Conjecture component is organized around rational Hodge classes, motivated correspondences, abelian lowering, inverse-Lefschetz defect ledgers, and Chow-level realization. The P-versus-NP component is organized around Fourier–Walsh mass, circuit-profile compression, random restrictions, entropy/curvature saturation, and non-uniform lower-bound release gates. A central aim of the manuscript is bibliographic and methodological: the three principal conjecture papers are placed inside a larger authorial research ledger and a broader external literature ledger so that the claimed dependencies are visible, checkable, and historically ordered. The document therefore functions as a closure-attempt dossier rather than an erratum: it is a technical synthesis, a source ledger, and a referee-verification map.
