This paper examines the concepts of sex and gender and demonstrates that a lack of understanding of gender lies at the root of current gender theory and confusion. Sex is a classification of individuals using male and female, while gender means position within a community. Sex is an extremely excellent concept in a community. Gender is sometimes unjustifiably maintained against social changes. This is a loss for both individuals and the community. There is a hierarchy between sex and gender. Both transgender and the continuum (sexual spectrum/gradation, etc.) of sex are highly arbitrary ideologies that cannot serve as alternatives to existing concepts. Gender theory that confines itself to individual problems and lacks consideration of the community is nothing but unjust. It can be said that many of those who talk about gender theory lack an understanding of gender. Above all, one must be logical.
