A Balance-and-Feedback Constraint Framework for Planck-Scale Unification

The long-standing incompatibility between General Relativity (GR) and Quantum Mechanics (QM) at the Planck scale is commonly treated as a technical failure requiring new mathematical machinery. This paper argues that the conflict reflects a deeper structural defect: the absence of universal constraints governing balance, feedback, and defect-free operation across physical descriptions. Rather than proposing a new force, particle, or quantization scheme, this work introduces a pre-theoretical constraint framework—rooted in systems balance and regulated feedback—that any successful theory of quantum gravity must satisfy. Singularities, non-physical infinities, and uncontrolled collapse processes are interpreted as indicators of foundational imbalance. A Planck-scale “node” is defined as a minimal unit of regulated interaction among energy, information, and causality, independent of background spacetime. The framework is shown to be compatible with, and complementary to, existing approaches such as loop quantum gravity, string theory, and emergent spacetime models. This work positions balance and feedback not as metaphysical notions but as necessary structural conditions for physical law.
