Differential Horizon-Disclosure: Temporal Saturation and the Impossibility of Global First-Person Self-Exemption — Indexed Vacancy, Differential Provenance, and Historical Residue
This paper develops differential horizon-disclosure (DHD), a genetic-constitutive account of historically articulated first-person temporality. An independently identified, domain-relative reorganization can disclose a previously transparent operative organization as a bounded former horizon. The resulting indexed vacancy is an event-indexed modal organization of still-open continuations; later phases may fulfil, redirect, sediment, suspend, or reactivate those continuations. Differential saturation names the field-level recursion by which such openness is partially determined while further historical articulation remains possible. The framework is projected into the domain of owned stance-tokens. Current content, immediate provenance, active historical residue, and noncurrent dormancy are distinguished. Independent stance-role and role-integration conditions leave neutral-generation and neutral-role models formally coherent; DHD's generation and take-up principles deny their phenomenological realizability. Provenance is stronger than mere role realization because it is predecessor-sensitive and event-indexed. The projection yields a path-level boundary on global first-person self-exemption. Local refusal, authority denial, blame-exit, and responsibility skepticism may succeed. What cannot succeed, while the exempting token remains owned and diachronically operative, is the elimination of both its immediate provenance and every residue recreated by later maintenance, invocation, reinterpretation, or reliance. The formal semantics provides an occurrence-sensitive diagnostic representation of this provenance-residue projection.
