philosophy
This paper fixes an upper limit within structural conditions. Retention has been fixed as structural persistence without integration or return. However, retention does not hold beyond a limit condition. This text fixes the limit condition under which structural retention remains stable. This limit is not introduced as speed, propagation, or transmission. It is fixed as a condition of stability. This limit is denoted as c. c does not denote speed, magnitude, or any measurable quantity. It is not defined in terms of propagation or transmission. It fixes the condition under which structural retention remains stable. Beyond c, retention does not hold as stable configuration. No configuration exceeds the condition of stable retention. Structure remains within this condition. This paper does not introduce a physical constant. It fixes a structural condition.
