The information-deterministic paradigm "The program of evolution"
This paper substantiates the Information-Deterministic Paradigm "The Evolution Program," proposing a radical simplification of the modern scientific worldview through the lens of computational physics. The mechanics of the universe are described as a cyclical process of deployment and archiving of a primary information code. The author demonstrates that behind the apparent complexity of physical, biological, and social processes lies a single universal mechanism based on three fundamental principles: 1. The "Create a Copy" Algorithm: A universal informational imperative and the driving force behind any process — from the primary synthesis of matter to the formation of social institutions. The algorithm is initiated at the moment the primary logical zero (0) splits into opposite information vectors (+1 and -1). This act of separation and the subsequent compensation of tension become the sole behavioral scenario for any entity in the universe. 2. Recursive Systemic Tension: A systemic constraint that ensures the local stability of a structure. It is born simultaneously with the expansion vector as the system's drive to restore the original equilibrium (0). At different hierarchical levels, it manifests as a binding force in the forms of strong, weak, electromagnetic, gravitational, and social interactions. 3. Functional Equilibrium: The point of dynamic balance between the intensity of information traffic (energy) and the bandwidth of the environment (the speed of light). Reaching this equilibrium triggers a phase transition (collapse), resulting in a discrete complexification of the structure — from elementary vectors to biological and cosmic systems — through the geometric replication of the code. The work proposes a revision of the physical foundations of existence, defining Energy as the frequency of algorithmic iterations (E ∝ ν) and Mass as the density of informational buffering (m = E / c²). The "Big Bang" is postulated not as a singularity but as a natural stage of cyclical code decompression. The proposed approach eliminates teleological constructs, reducing the complexity of systems to the principle of least action and topological necessity.
