The “Global Peace Doctrine of Akanda Bharatham” is an international diplomatic and moral declaration submitted under Article 51(c) of the Constitution of India, which directs the State to foster respect for international law, treaty obligations, and the promotion of international peace and security. This doctrine is formally submitted to the Hon’ble President of India and subsequently represented before the Prime Minister’s Office of India for appropriate constitutional and diplomatic consideration. The doctrine is anchored in the Charter of the United Nations (Articles 1, 2, 55, 56, and 103), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Articles 1, 3, and 28), the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (Article 6 – Right to Life), United Nations General Assembly Resolutions 2625 (Friendly Relations) and 53/243 (Culture of Peace), and UNESCO’s peacebuilding and ethical frameworks. Rooted in the civilizational principle of Aram (righteousness), non-violence, universal compassion, ethical governance, and the continuity and dignity of all life forms, this doctrine presents India’s moral responsibility and leadership role in the global peace architecture and international humanitarian order
