philosophy
This study looks at how artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots can be used to improve customer service, specifically in online ticketing systems. The paper examines the creation, approaches, and outcomes of AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants by combining the results of three significant studies. The intelligent systems boost consumer satisfaction, automate processes, and support company expansion. The lack of data and system integration is one of the difficulties discussed in the article, but there are also chances to create chatbot technologies. For researchers and practitioners looking into AI chatbots for a variety of applications, this survey serves as a comprehensive manual.
