Quantum entanglement is often described as “spooky action at a distance,” suggesting an inexplicable coordination between spatially separated particles. The Jestin Modal–Actuality Framework (JMAF) dissolves this apparent paradox by relocating the source of correlation from spatial causation to pre spatial relational structure. In JMAF, entangled particles do not communicate or influence one another across space; they instantiate a single modal relationship that exists prior to and independent of spatial actualisation. Spatial distance constrains actualised positions but does not metricise modal relationality. This paper presents a concise metaphysical interpretation of entanglement, clarifies its distinction from classical hidden variable models, and argues that the need for a spatial causal explanation disappears once the ontology is correctly placed.
