This paper develops the formal mathematical foundations of the ICDP framework — Identity (I), Conscience/Continuity (C), Determinism (D), and Propagation (P) — as a structural law governing biological communication and biological conscience. ICDP is defined as a mathematical tuple equipped with four axioms that constrain the behavior of living systems. Seven theorems are proved. These include: the existence of the consciousness gradient Γ as a measurable function over biological state space; the necessity and irreducibility of all four invariants; the metamorphic threshold as a unique Banach fixed point governing transitions in biological conscience; the geometric convergence of self‑modelling sequences; the binary C theorem distinguishing Conscience from Continuity; the P‑failure cascade describing collapse dynamics in biological communication; and the Legacy integral, a finite, non‑negative accumulation of responsible propagation across biological time. The paper constructs the category BIOL of ICDP‑compliant biological systems and shows that the consciousness functor is naturally isomorphic to the product of the invariant functors, establishing the four‑dimensional categorical structure of biological conscience. An information‑theoretic formulation Γ_IT is derived, making the consciousness gradient empirically computable across species. The results demonstrate that ICDP provides a mathematically rigorous solution to the structure of biological conscience: consciousness is not emergent but the biological implementation of the four invariants, formally expressible through measure theory, fixed‑point theory, category theory, dynamical systems, and information theory.
