Paper 7 applies the Natural Possibility framework to education, proposing that stable learning requires alignment between cognitive integration capacity and structural conditions of development. Current educational systems frequently exceed student integration limits through cognitive overload, social comparison pressure, premature abstraction, and continuous performance demands. This produces anxiety architecture, suppresses curiosity, and shifts learning from exploration to threat response. Using the SNOOBIS layered model, the paper analyzes educational instability across boundary, natural, organic, temporal, biological, intelligence, and systems layers. It argues that sustainable learning requires protected developmental boundaries, rate alignment between input and integration, adaptive flexibility, temporal synchronization, biological stability, and cultivation of self-regulation. A sequential “foundation → integration → construction” model is proposed, illustrated through language acquisition architecture: vocabulary accumulation precedes structural synthesis, reducing overload and improving retention. The framework predicts that reducing pressure, eliminating public humiliation mechanisms, aligning workload with cognitive capacity, and integrating recovery time will decrease anxiety while increasing deep learning. Educational coherence is presented not as ideological reform but as structural necessity. Stable cognitive architecture in children becomes the foundation for future political, social, and civilizational stability. The model is falsifiable and testable through pilot implementations measuring stress, engagement, and long-term learning outcomes.
