This paper develops a non-modal structural framework in which fundamental concepts such as motion, causality, time, and space are neither introduced nor presupposed. Instead, the framework is defined in terms of the conditions under which segmentation is established as reading, ordering, and structural configuration. Reading is specified without reference to subject, interpretation, or representation; ordering is not treated as succession or process; and structure is not given as container or extension. A central feature of the system is the exclusion of alternatives, comparison, and selection. Ordering is fixed as the condition under which no alternative is defined, and establishment and non-establishment are treated as the same structural form. Within this framework, time is identified with ordering, space with structure, simultaneity with coincidence, and distance with configuration, none of which are presupposed or metrically defined. An upper bound condition, denoted as c, is introduced not as a physical magnitude but as the limit under which ordering remains established. Where this condition fails, ordering is not established. The framework further articulates reconfiguration, non-uniformity, local condition, collapse, and boundary as structural conditions independent of change, process, or causality. The result is a structural account in which spacetime is not given but arises only as fixed structure, and in which the absence of minimal units and the non-opposition of discrete and continuous are treated as non-definitions within the system.
