George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and James Madison were not only central figures in the founding of the United States, but also collective architects of its early political civilization. From the perspective of natural civilization, this paper examines how these three Founding Fathers constructed constitutional institutions, local self-government, public morality, and diplomatic strategy through governance characterized by low intervention, balance, and order. Their practices embodied principles analogous to Dao follows Nature: adapting to social structures and public will, respecting local autonomy, avoiding the concentration of power, and thereby achieving long-term national stability and sustainable development. By further integrating their governance wisdom with modern systems science and low-entropy governance theory, this study explores its implications for contemporary state management, ecological civilization, and public policy design.
