Introduction The evolution of sexual morality in Homo sapiens is a profound and multifaceted phenomenon that intersects biology, psychology, culture, and philosophy. While sex originated as a purely biological mechanism for reproduction and genetic variation, its transformation into a moral issue reflects the emergence of human consciousness, social organization, and symbolic reasoning. This essay examines how sexual behavior evolved from instinctual reproduction to a subject of ethical deliberation and moral judgment. It further interprets this process through Angelito Malicse’s Universal Formula and the Universal Law of Balance in Nature, proposing that moral systems—including those governing sexual conduct—are emergent regulatory mechanisms that maintain social and psychological homeostasis within the natural order.
