This tractate restates, in compressed form, the argument of No Self-Authorizing Norms: The Diagnostic Closure Theorem (Shahaf 2026). Its whole sense may be put in a sentence: whoever judges has already deferred. What can be proved at all is here proved from a single clause; the rest is logic – and what that clause carries cannot be said within the calculus, but shows itself in its use. The form is Wittgenstein’s, and it has been borrowed before – most fully in Korab-Karpowicz (2017), where it arranges a constructive doctrine. Here the borrowing is not homage but instrument: a calculus whose central result is that the warrant of its own use cannot be stated within it has a claim on the one form built to end by discharging its own sentences. Proposition 7 accordingly inverts its original rather than echoing it. The decimal numbers indicate the logical weight of the propositions: propositions n.1, n.2, n.3 are comments on proposition n; propositions n.m1, n.m2 are comments on proposition n.m; and so on.
