This applied report extends the Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF) to one of the most fragile frontiers of human life: caregiving, aging, and death. It argues that burnout, abandonment, and moral injury in end-of-life care are not primarily psychological failures but structural features of material-civilizational design. By reframing caregiving relations as consciousness fields rather than economic burdens or private duties, the report develops operational criteria for “resonant” care environments in which dying, grief, and intergenerational responsibility can be stabilized without coercion or sacrifice of caregivers. Philosophers interested in ethics, social and political philosophy, philosophy of medicine, and consciousness studies will find here a design-level alternative to debates over euthanasia, dignity, and distributive justice, grounded in a civilizational rather than individualist ontology of care.
