Abstract This paper explores the foundational relationship between consciousness and information, examining whether a unified non-locality information field exists and how it connects with the universal laws governing decision-making and balance. Grounded in the Universal Formula, which includes the law of karma, the paper argues that false information disrupts natural feedback mechanisms within conscious systems, leading to imbalances. Additionally, it addresses how the human brain, despite being limited by the five senses, has come to understand the nature of matter, forces, and energies invisible to direct perception.
