Toward Basic Principles of Inclusive–Extractive Dynamics: A Social Curvature Approach to Institutional Motion
Inclusive–Extractive Theory has provided one of the most influential explanations of long-term institutional divergence across countries. The deeper structure of the theory is not static; it already contains a dynamic logic of institutional motion. However, this dynamic dimension has not yet been fully formalized. This article proposes the Social Curvature Model as a structural dynamics that expresses an implicit dynamic layer of Inclusive–Extractive Theory. It translates the inclusive–extractive continuum into a space composed of regions, poles, transition zones, institutional distances, and observable k-trajectories, and offers an initial approach to several problems in Dynamic Inclusive–Extractive Theory.
