CAIS Claims & Terminology Control v1.0: Canonical Language, Designation, and Claims Governance Standard for CAIS / Sal-Meter Systems
This document defines the canonical governance standard for language control, designation conditions, compliance-language boundaries, certification-language boundaries, publication restrictions, and restricted claims within the CAIS / Sal-Meter framework. Its purpose is not rhetorical control but structural integrity: to prevent terminological drift, false compliance claims, premature certification claims, and unauthorized narrative capture of the framework by external actors. The document establishes controlled designations, reserved and prohibited claims, permitted descriptive language, compliance claim rules, publication and marketing rules, external laboratory and contractor restrictions, competition-language boundaries, derivative-system language rules, and final interpretive authority. It is best understood as a philosophy-adjacent governance and boundary document at the intersection of philosophy of artificial intelligence, philosophy of science, and controlled scientific terminology.
