Positive Modal Ontology: The Resolution of Dynamic Plenitude V2
This paper presents the formal axioms of a Positive Modal Ontology (\Sigma_{PMO}) formulated within first-order modal logic S4 under constant-domain semantics. A finite countermodel is constructed to demonstrate the failure of the modal collapse schema (MC): \phi \rightarrow \Box \phi, utilizing the distinction between Latency (P) and Actuality (A). A Henkin-style canonical model construction is provided in the appendix to establish the semantic legitimacy and internal consistency of the system, offering a rigorous solution to the problem of movement within a necessitist framework.
