This paper constitutes the first public disclosure and timestamp of the Gate framework and its empirical test (GCDH). The conceptual structure, terminology, and formal definitions of the Gate, Forbidden Region, admissibility collapse, and identity transition law are original to this work. These elements may not be reproduced without proper citation. This manuscript serves as the first public timestamp of the framework. The word is trigger. We are missing the law of trigger. This work proposes a universal structural law governing irreversible transitions across physics, cognition, and identity. The central construct is a reorganization operator Othat activates when an identity basin—defined by a set of admissible constraints—becomes unsatisfiable. Collapse initiates a filtration that extracts a minimal survivor kernel K_I, followed by a generative projection into a new admissible basin C_(I^' ). The operator selects the basin that maximizes future generativity—defined as the integrated branching capacity of admissible trajectories—subject to compatibility, stability, and minimality. This Gate–Kernel–Basin architecture recurs across domains: cosmological symmetry breaking, quantum measurement, black hole evaporation, stellar collapse, neural representational reorganization, and human identity transitions. Although five independent, peer reviewed anomalies—persistence across missions, hemispherical asymmetry, the large scale power deficit, quadrupole–octopole alignment, and the lensing amplitude anomaly A_L>1—already provide a robust empirical foundation for the Gate framework, the decisive and falsifiable confirmation will come from the Gate Complexity Deficit Hypothesis: whether the Planck PR4 CMB map is significantly more algorithmically compressible than ΛCDM simulations; if so, the Gate is empirically validated, and if not, the framework is falsified. A key cosmological prediction is that the primordial universe must originate at a Minimal Generative Threshold: the smallest symmetry breaking amplitude δ^"\*" that still permits long lived structure formation. This threshold edge selection naturally explains the observed near uniformity of the cosmic microwave background, the scale invariant perturbation spectrum, the rise–peak–decline structure formation history, and the thermodynamic arrow of time. Preliminary analysis of Planck PR1–PR4 data shows persistent structural alignment with this prediction: the CMB exhibits a complexity deficit, a near critical smoothness, and a basin edge perturbation profile consistent with threshold level generative selection rather than arbitrary initial conditions. The decisive test now underway is the Gate Complexity Deficit Hypothesis (GCDH) applied to Planck PR4 maps. If the PR4 temperature field exhibits the predicted minimal kernel complexity signature—lower than any admissible non Gate generative model—this would constitute the first empirical evidence of a universal Gate operator acting at the origin of the universe. If the deficit is absent, the Gate framework is falsified at cosmological scale. The result is a single, domain independent law: identity transitions occur when a basin becomes inadmissible, a minimal kernel survives, and a new basin is selected to maximize future generativity. This framework provides a structural bridge between physics and identity, suggesting that collapse, kernel preservation, and generative selection form a universal architecture underlying the emergence of order, complexity, and time. We propose a general framework for regime change based on the structure of admissible configurations under constraints. Let Λ(I,C) denote the set of admissible configurations of a system with identity Iunder constraints C. We assert that a system remains stable or evolves as long as Λ(I,C)≠∅. When constraint incompatibility increases such that Λ(I,C)=∅, no valid configuration exists, and continuation within the same regime becomes
