House price index - Item weights
The House Price Index (HPI) shows price changes of residential properties purchased by households. Item weights are numerical values assigned to each purchase (total, newly built dwellings, and existing dwellings), determining their share in the overall house prices. They are updated annually and expressed in per mille.
