Persons by formal education or training abandoned and educational attainment level (2024)
The indicator measures the number and share of people aged 15-34 who reported having abandoned formal education or training. The denominator comprises the total population of the same age group. Formal education or training abandoned means that a person has started a formal education programme but has not completed it successfully. The information is broken down by sex, age and educational attainment level. The indicator is based on the EU Labour Force Survey (EU-LFS) 8-yearly variables on "Young people on the labour market" surveyed in 2024.
