The indicator measures the distribution of employed people aged 20-34 with at least upper secondary education, broken down by job tenure, work experience during studies, sex, age and educational attainment level. Job tenure refers to the length of time an employee has been working for their current employer, measured in years. Work experience during studies refers to work experiences at a workplace in a market or non-market unit (i.e. in a company, government institution or non-profit organisation) that were part of the curriculum of the formal programme that led to the highest level of education successfully completed. The indicator is based on the EU Labour Force Survey (EU-LFS).
