- NANO–QUANTUM MANUFACTURING ENERGY ECONOMICS AND MAINTENANCE LIFECYCLES AT THE LIMIT Qualified Yield × Resource Burden × Long-Term Maintainability This exploratory flagship research monograph asks whether tri-coupled quantum measurement, nanoscale manufacturing and distributed robot coordination can provide a lower total burden per independently verified accepted output than well-qualified classical, centralized or human-maintained alternatives. The answer must not be decided by the sensitivity of a single sensor, by an isolated peak yield, or by the model loss of an AI quality predictor. The full economic boundary must include equipment capital, cooling and power loads, reference standards, sample and chemical consumption, operator time, calibration and interlaboratory checks, rework and waste, safety recovery, spares and terminal retirement. THREE MOTHER LINEAGES AND THEIR BOUNDARIES. Swarm Manufacturing and Robotic Matter at the Limit (S), notably chapters 12, 37–40 and 73–80, provides the methodology for distributed logistics, congestion, robotic coordination, maintenance and infrastructure value. Autonomous Quantum Health Infrastructure at the Limit (QH), notably chapters 72 and 79–80, contributes bounded operational authority, procurement, fallback, lifecycle continuity and responsible governance; these conceptual methods do not authorize any clinical application. Self-Calibrating Quantum Biosensing Networks at the Limit (QB), notably chapters 57–64 and 74–82, contributes calibration traceability, sensor aging, replacement economics and independent quantum/classical benchmark discipline. The cross-book synthesis is an untested research proposal; the mothers do not empirically establish a jointly superior quantum–nano factory. The guiding design ledger is NQ-17: LCC/unit = (C_capex + C_energy + C_cal + C_rework + C_maint + E[C_failure]) / N_accepted. The equation is a candidate accounting heuristic, not a new physical law. A defensible implementation specifies a common time horizon and functional unit, measured input costs, currencies and discounting, joint uncertainty, correlated failures, and whether shared assets and decommissioning are included. Numerators cannot omit technician work, cryogenic or standby power, environmental burden or costly false release. The denominator counts only products or service units meeting independently verified acceptance criteria; an unqualified item or measurement is not an accepted unit. The manuscript contains 82 chapters, each with 12 independently paginated research units; 30 physics and engineering-mathematics derivation plates with validity domains; one core candidate relation and three-dimensional scenario prism per chapter; 200 falsifiable Research Gates; and 33 provisional Phoenix Answer Embryos. Every Gate and Answer Embryo carries a linked entry in a collection of 233 numbered equation eggs. These are existing relations adapted as research prompts, not 233 newly discovered physical laws or experimentally demonstrated advantages. The long-form research units are partly generated from a shared methodological structure; their total word count does not imply an equivalent volume of independent validated scholarship. COMPARATIVE RESEARCH PROGRAM. Fix the accepted product definition, false-release threshold, energy measurement boundary, reference standards and twelve-month observation horizon. Compare (A) a mature centralized precision line, (B) a distributed swarm assembly line and (C) a hybrid quantum–classical measurement and fabrication architecture. Include independent metrology, maintenance staffing, spares, energy and cooling, consumables, material reuse, qualification and retirement. Perform scenario experiments on electricity price, instrument duty cycle, thermal load, accelerated aging, supplier disruption, network congestion, hidden technician work and joint sensor-reference drift. Where possible, use measured data; otherwise label simulations as simulations and test sensitivity to their assumptions. Long-horizon proof requires direct multi-site evidence and is not supplied by this monograph. The companion Research Gates workbook is an extendable evidence apparatus. It indexes the full chapters, the 30 derivation plates, 200 Gates, 33 answer embryos and 233 equation eggs. It adds a transparent equipment-and-resource ledger, a verified accepted-unit register, maintenance labor register, classical and quantum baseline comparisons, scenario stress tests, sensitivity tracking, uncertainty evaluation, retirement ledger and three-source research lineage. Laboratory teams may mark individual gates as untested, falsified, amended or verified and preserve the provenance of that decision. SCIENTIFIC, ECONOMIC AND REGULATORY LIMITS. Quantum sensing advantages are not assumed; a strong classical comparator is mandatory. Sensitivity cannot substitute for evidence of successful manufacturing acceptance, repairability, affordability or human control. A favorable expected-cost statistic cannot legitimize unsafe operation, rights violations or the erasure of environmental costs. This is a large exploratory, template-assisted research architecture, not a report of conducted twelve-month trials, validated commercialization, a certified lifecycle inventory, clinical evidence or peer review. Negative results and safe retirement are meaningful outputs. The framework is designed to make future independent attempts easier to replicate or reject.#1335374Zenodo (CERN)
